We also have a weekly Virtual Kiosk where employees can have a word with the CPO on anything that they would want to discuss.
We make it a point to celebrate activities that keep us motivated and grounded. We also ensure to celebrate week of celebrations such as Games week which was a hybrid activity for the employees. We also celebrate successes and milestones of our people and award them with real, instant, and specific recognitions through Star of the Month, SPOT Awards, CTOO Awards and Special Awards for Projects.
